Iβm a yoga teacher and nutritional therapist, and Iβve been supporting women for over 4 years looking for a deeper, personalised, and holistic approach to wellbeing. My work brings together movement, breath, and nourishing food choices to support lifeβs ups and downs, hormonal issues, stress, anxiety and burn out, to help you reconnect with yourself β in body, mind and spirit. To live a happier, healthier life.
I teach aerial, restorative and vinyasa yoga and offer a mixture of online and in person classes. I also offer 1:1 yoga and nutrition consultations and corporate sessions.

I would definitely recommend Rebalance (Hannah's course) and I've already mentioned it to a few people. I've noticed that I'm giving myself permission to say no & have more down time. I also feel the things I've learnt and am implementing is helping.
