I’m a yoga teacher and nutritional therapist, and I’ve been supporting women for over 4 years looking for a deeper, personalised, and holistic approach to wellbeing. My work brings together movement, breath, and nourishing food choices to support life’s ups and downs, hormonal issues, stress, anxiety and burn out, to help you reconnect with yourself — in body, mind and spirit. To live a happier, healthier life.
I teach aerial, restorative and vinyasa yoga and offer a mixture of online and in person classes. I also offer 1:1 yoga and nutrition consultations and corporate sessions.
