Slow Rise: A 10-Day Mini Yoga Challenge
This 10-day mini yoga challenge is an invitation to move slowly, build strength softly, and reconnect with your body.
For £10, each day, you’ll receive a 10-minute online yoga class designed to help you ease back into movement and feel more at home in your body.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to yoga
What you’ll experience over the 10 days:
Think gentle flows, simple standing shapes, moments of stillness, and space to breathe.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be fit.
You just need 10 minutes.
Days 1–3: Arriving, grounding, softening
Days 4–7: Gentle strength, mobility, balance
Days 8–10: Integration, openness, confidence

How it works…

A new 10-minute practice will arrive in your inbox each day, starting 1st January (if you join after, you’ll receive an email for 10 consecutive days)
Practice at `a time to suit you. If you miss a day, no problem. Just catch up when you can. Note: you’ll have until 31st January 2025.
Starting 1st January 2026, across 10 consecutive days, a new 10-minute yoga class will be uploaded to the hub, designed to help you ease back into movement and feel more at home in your body. You'll have access until 31st January 2026, so you can take things at your pace.
